AutoCAD Drawings from Hand Sketch

I have a hand-drawn sketch of a G+3 residential building, complete with rough measurements. I need that sketch transformed into clean AutoCAD files that I can share with my client and use for early planning approvals.

You’ll receive my scanned sketch plus a DWG template that already carries my layers, text styles, and title block. Using that template, please draft:

• Floor plans, elevations, and sections for all four levels
• Basic dimensions and overall layout information only—no material call-outs or construction build-ups
• Clear room names and corresponding room sizes called out on the plans

Line weights, annotation styles, and general presentation should follow standard architectural drafting conventions so the sheets look professional at first glance.

Deliverables
1. Editable DWG files (one file per drawing set is fine)
2. PDF plots ready for client review
3. A brief change log if you make assumptions or need clarifications
