AutoCAD LT 2026 Drafting – Residential Existing Conditions Floor Plans

I am looking for an experienced freelance CAD operator to draft existing‑conditions residential floor plans using AutoCAD LT 2026. You must have your own license.

You will receive field measurements, photos, sketches, or existing PDFs and will produce clean, accurate DWG files that follow standard architectural drafting conventions.

Scope of Work:

Draft 2D existing‑conditions floor plans

Organize drawings with proper layers, lineweights, and annotation

Translate field notes, photos, and markups into accurate plans

Deliver DWG + PDF

Provide revisions as needed

Required Skills:

Strong proficiency in AutoCAD LT 2026

Experience drafting residential as‑builts

Ability to interpret field measurements and sketches

Clean, organized drawing habits

Reliable communication and timely delivery

Preferred (Not Required):

Familiarity with U.S. residential construction

Ability to draft simple elevations or sections
