You will receive scanned-PDF sketches for a mixed-use development and will need to translate each sheet into clean, fully-dimensioned AutoCAD drawings. The scope covers every essential view—floor plans, elevations and sections—so the final set reads like a polished construction package.
Accuracy matters: layers must follow a logical structure, dimensions tie back to the original measurements, and standard AutoCAD annotation styles are applied so any architect or contractor can pick up the files without rework. Two rounds of tweaks are included in the schedule, which means I’ll review your first draft, mark up changes, and you’ll update once more if needed.
Timing is tight: the first complete draft should land in my inbox within 3–5 days.
