AutoCAD Drafter for Interior Design Firm

We are an interior design and construction firm based in Singapore, handling residential and commercial projects. We are looking for a reliable freelance AutoCAD drafter to support our design and construction documentation workload on a project basis.

Scope of Work

You will be required to prepare 2D AutoCAD drawings based on our design briefs, sketches, or marked-up PDFs, including:

Floor plans (existing & proposed)

Interior layouts

Reflected ceiling plans (RCP)

Elevations & sections

Basic carpentry / joinery details

Authority / tender / construction drawings (where applicable)

Amendments and revisions based on feedback

Requirements

Proficient in AutoCAD (2D drafting only)

Experience with Singapore interior design / construction drawings preferred

Able to follow layer standards, line weights, and drawing conventions

Clear communication and ability to meet deadlines

Able to deliver clean, well-organised DWG files

Portfolio or sample drawings required

Deliverables

AutoCAD DWG files

PDF set for submission/review

Files must follow our layering, naming, and title block standards (to be provided)
