AutoCAD Dimension & Layer Updates

I have an existing AutoCAD drawing that needs careful editing rather than wholesale changes. The goal is to refine what is already there:

• Dimensions – convert them to the correct units and tidy up their visual style so they match a consistent dimension style throughout the file.
• Layers – reorganise, rename or recolour them where necessary to improve clarity and maintain proper layer hierarchy.
• Text annotations – update the wording, style or placement so every note is legible and aligned with the revised dimensions.
• Blocks – adjust any affected blocks so that they still insert cleanly and inherit the updated layer and annotation standards.

Please keep all geometry intact; I only need these existing elements edited. Once finished, the drawing should open with everything properly formatted, no stray objects, and ready for immediate plotting. Deliver the updated DWG back to me, along with a brief change log describing what you adjusted so I can track the revisions easily.
