AutoCAD Design for V-Belt Transmission System

Mechanical Design: V-Belt and Pulley Transmission System (AutoCAD)
Project Description:
I am looking for a skilled Mechanical Drafter or Engineer to develop a complete technical drawing for a V-belt transmission system using AutoCAD.
Technical Specifications:
1. Quadruple V-Belt Pulley: Outside diameter of 240 mm with four grooves.
2. Smaller Pulley: Outside diameter of 120 mm.
3. Transmission Layout: Center-to-center distance between shafts is 275 mm.
4. Modeling Requirements: Full 2D/3D modeling of both pulleys and the belt assembly. Hub dimensions are provided and should be applied to both components. Non-standard data may be estimated according to mechanical design best practices.
Deliverables (Required on a single standard 'A' size sheet):
• Isometric Perspective: A clear 3D view of the entire transmission system.
• Orthographic Views: Properly dimensioned views of the assembly.
• Cross-Section View: At least one longitudinal section showing the internal geometry of the pulleys and the belt seating.
• Data Table: A standardized technical table containing pulley specifications and the selected belt type.
• Title Block: All information must be contained within a standard course title block (details/template will be provided).

• Expertise in AutoCAD (Mechanical).
• Solid understanding of technical drawing standards (ISO/ABNT).
• Precision in dimensioning and mechanical tolerances.
