AutoCAD Civil Designer BC

I have a full set of DWG files for a British Columbia land-development site that now needs expert revisions. The job centres on three core tasks: updating the grading plan, refining road alignments, and adjusting water, storm, and sanitary utility layouts, adjusting lot layouts. All edits must comply with Canadian—and specifically B.C.—subdivision bylaws, zoning schedules, and municipal design criteria, so proven local experience is essential.

Scope of work
• Import my existing AutoCAD drawings, check surface data, and carry out the required 2-D and 3-D modifications.
• Re-issue clean, well-layered DWG files along with PDF plan sets suitable for municipal submission.
• Flag any zoning conflicts or bylaw triggers you see while you work and propose practical tweaks.

I am working in AutoCAD Civil 3D, so please be comfortable with corridors, grading objects, and pressure/gravity networks. Civil calculations (cut-fill, pipe buck-ups, slopes) must be reflected live in the model.

To be considered, attach samples of past Canadian or B.C. civil-site projects that illustrate similar grading, road, or utility design work. That’s all I need for now—no lengthy proposal required. I plan to award quickly and will be available for screen-share walkthroughs as the updates progress.
