AutoCAD Building Architecture Drafting

I have a building concept ready and now need an experienced AutoCAD professional to translate it into clear, construction-ready documentation. At a minimum I will require precise 2D DWG files—floor plans, elevations and sections—laid out to common architectural standards. If you are comfortable producing coordinated 3D models in AutoCAD or Revit, let’s do that as well so I can generate realistic visuals and quickly update any design changes.

Key deliverables:
• Fully annotated 2D drawings (DWG + PDF) sized for printing
• Layered, well-structured file with blocks, dimensions and text styles kept consistent
• Optional: a clean 3D model with basic materials applied for walkthroughs

Please keep your workflow organised and name files logically so consultants can plug them straight into their own software. Accuracy and efficient layering are more important to me than flashy presentation; I want drawings that a contractor can read without confusion.

If you have recent samples of residential, commercial or mixed-use projects done in AutoCAD, attach one or two so I can gauge drawing clarity and line-weight discipline. I am ready to start as soon as I find the right fit and will be available for quick feedback rounds to move the project along.
