AutoCAD Blueprint for 2-Story House
Budget: $30 – $250 USD
I have already completed the overall concept and façade image for a two-storey residence; what I now need is a precise construction-ready blueprint drawn in AutoCAD. The floor plans, elevations and sections are all defined, so your role is to translate that information faithfully into a clean, professional drawing set—no redesign or creative changes required.
Please keep the existing layout exactly as it is while adding a coordinated electrical layout to the plans. All sheets should be formatted for printing at standard architectural sizes and organised with clear layers, dimensions, legends and title blocks so a contractor can build straight from the file.
Deliverables
• AutoCAD (.dwg) file package with floor plans, elevations, sections and roof plan
• Integrated electrical layout on its own layer, fully annotated
• PDF plot set ready for permit / construction submission
A quick turnaround would be appreciated; let me know how soon you can have the first draft ready and any milestones you recommend. I’ll supply the reference sketches, measurements and front elevation image as soon as we start. Looking forward to working together.
