I have a scanned blueprint of an existing apartment and need it redrawn cleanly in AutoCAD as a precise 2-D floor plan. The scan will be supplied in high resolution; your task is to trace and scale it accurately, label each room, and keep walls, doors, and windows on sensible layers so the file is immediately editable.

I do not require a 3-D model or detailed MEP layouts—just a well-structured .dwg file (plus a PDF export for quick reference) that mirrors the original blueprint’s dimensions and proportions. Accuracy matters more than speed, so please follow the given measurements exactly and maintain clear line weights.

Once complete, hand over:
• The native AutoCAD .dwg with organized layers
• A plotted PDF showing the same floor plan at 1:100
