Project Overview
I require a qualified designer/draftsperson to produce a complete set of residential design drawings for a house/extension project in Victoria, Australia.
The scope includes:
2D floor plans (to scale)
3D interior & exterior concepts
Cabinetry drawings
Internal and external elevations
The output should be suitable for review, builder pricing, and potential council submission (if applicable).
Scope of Work
1. 2D Floor Plans (To Scale)
Existing floor plan (if applicable)
Proposed floor plan (to scale with dimensions)
Room labels + key dimensions
Wall thicknesses
Doors/windows clearly shown
Basic furniture layout (optional but preferred)
3D Modelling + Concepts
Internal 3D views (key areas):
Kitchen
Bathroom
Laundry
Walk-in robe
Living areas
External 3D views:
Front elevation perspective
Rear/extension view
Cabinetry Drawings (Detailed)
Provide shopdrawing-style details for:
Kitchen
Bathroom
Laundry
Walk-in robe
Include:
Plan views
Elevations
Dimensions
Cabinet layout & configuration
Appliance locations (kitchen)
Basic material/finish notes (if possible)
Deliverables
Please provide:
Editable source files (e.g., SketchUp / AutoCAD / Revit / similar)
PDF set of drawings
High-resolution images of 3D renders
Requirements
All drawings must be to scale
Use metric units (mm or metres)
Must be suitable for Australian residential standards
Good attention to detail and consistency across drawings
