Architectural Site Plan with Utilities
Budget: ₹600 – ₹1,500 INR
I’m looking for a precise 2-dimensional architectural site plan that focuses on utility locations. The drawing will serve as the official plan for our upcoming site-planning submission, so clarity, correct scale and adherence to basic drafting standards are essential.
You will receive the property dimensions and any reference sketches I currently have; from these, I need a clean CAD drawing that clearly identifies water, sewer, electrical and any other visible utility runs. Landscaping details or parking layouts aren’t required right now, though the plan should leave space so they can be added later without redrafting.
Preferred platform is AutoCAD (DWG), but I’m open to comparable tools if you can supply both an editable file and a print-ready PDF.
Deliverables (all mandatory):
• Scaled site plan showing existing and proposed utility locations
• PDF sheet sized for standard architectural printing (24”×36” or A1)
• Native CAD file (DWG or compatible) with layers named logically for easy future edits
I’ll review the initial draft for overall layout, annotations and scaling, then provide any minor mark-ups before you produce the final files.
