Architectural Revamp: Building Plans Redesign

I am after a professional Draftsperson to re do my building plans, using the original floor plans, elevations, and sectional plans, I need to have the complete floorplans and external facade modified and improved. I also have the CAD files that will make your job a lot easier. We are looking at a Villa with ground floor, first floor and roof top. The current elevations are slightly incorrect, and I need to have all the windows and doors re sized to fit slab heights between ground floor and first floor. Also, some windows are missing in the elevation plans. I have also prepared a Schedule of Doors and Windows that would assist with correcting the current elevations and sectional plans. I also want the plans and facade redone, with all the correct measurements completed and stated on the new plans as per the current plans mentioned.
