2D/3D Architectural Rendering & Plans

I have a building project that now needs a full package of drawings and visuals, and I’d like one talented freelancer to handle everything end-to-end. You will prepare both 2D working drawings and photoreal 3D renderings aimed at clear architectural visualization so the client, engineer, and permitting office can all reference the same coordinated set.

Scope
• 2D working drawings: floor plans, elevations, sections, plus dedicated plumbing and electrical layouts with legends and schedules.
• Structural sheets: foundation plans and framing plans detailed enough for the structural engineer to stamp.
• 3D assets: exterior and key interior perspectives with textures, lighting, and entourage that convincingly show form, material, and context.

Preferred workflow
I supply the schematic model and mark-ups in PDF/DWG; you model or refine in AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, or similar, then return native files and print-ready PDFs. Every sheet must follow typical architectural sheet numbering and include a scale bar, north arrow, and title block.

Deliverables (all digital)
– Layered CAD files (DWG or RVT)
– High-resolution JPEG/PNG renders (minimum 4K)
– Combined, bookmarked PDF drawing set

Acceptance criteria
• Dimensions, annotations, and symbols match industry conventions.
• Foundation and framing plans align with the architectural grid and loading assumptions.
• Renders show correct materials and lighting based on my finish schedule.
