Architectural PDFs to DWG & RCP

I have three architectural plans in PDF format—Basement, Ground Floor and First Floor—all fully dimensioned and to scale. I need each one redrawn in AutoCAD so I can work with clean, editable DWG files.

Once the floor plans are traced, I also need a detailed Reflected Ceiling Plan for the Ground and First Floors. Here are the key ceiling notes you will be translating into CAD:

• Ground Floor: a general 20 cm drop throughout, a kitchen bulkhead that drops flush with the cabinets, and a 35 cm feature drop over the dining area.
• First Floor: a 10 cm general drop, wet-area pockets of 20–25 cm to hide plumbing, and AC bulkheads above the east-side kids’ closets.

Both ceilings must show exact locations for ceiling speakers, recessed spotlights, magnetic tracks, curtain pockets and STR shadow-gap profiles all around the perimeter. I will supply the specific brands and model numbers for the lights and speakers so you can use accurate symbols and labels.

Aside from the RCP information, please be sure the DWG files clearly indicate every door and window, the current furniture layout, and visible structural elements such as beams and columns.

Deliverables
1. Editable DWG files for Basement, Ground and First Floor plans.
2. Separate RCP drawings for Ground and First Floors, fully annotated and layered.
