1:100 Architectural Floor Plans

I have a set of building dimensions and hand-sketched layouts that now need to be turned into clean, professional 2D CAD floor plans at a 1:100 scale. The final drawings should be suitable for planning discussions and printed presentation, so line weights, room labels, and basic furniture outlines must read clearly both on-screen and on A3 paper.

You will receive:
• PDF scans of my sketches with dimensions marked
• A brief note on room functions and any wall thickness preferences

I’m expecting:
• A DWG file created in AutoCAD (or fully compatible software)
• A print-ready PDF with layers and line weights intact
• One revision round to tweak minor room sizes or labels after my initial review

Accuracy to the given dimensions and consistent annotation style are the key acceptance criteria. If you can begin this week and deliver the first draft within three days, let’s get started.
