Architectural Floor Plan Drafting Needed

I need a precise 2-dimensional architectural floor plan drafted from my notes and reference materials. The goal is to produce a clean, professional drawing that I can forward to consultants and builders.

Here’s what I’m after:
• A single-level architectural floor plan drawn to scale
• Layers and line weights organised for walls, openings, fixtures, annotations and dimensions
• Final files delivered in both editable DWG (AutoCAD-compatible) and print-ready PDF formats

I’ll supply all available information—measurements, photos and any sketches I have—once we start. If something is missing, flag it early so we can resolve it quickly.

Please use industry-standard CAD software such as AutoCAD or Revit (your choice, as long as the DWG exports cleanly). Accuracy and clear, legible presentation matter more to me than flashy graphics, so consistent linework and text styles are a must.
