Architectural Floor Plan Drafting
Budget: $10 – $30 AUD
I am looking for a skilled drafter to turn my notes and rough sketches into clean, accurate 2-D architectural floor plans. This job is strictly architectural—no mechanical or electrical details are required.
Deliverable
• One set of professional, properly dimensioned floor plans in PDF and the original editable file (DWG or comparable).
I will supply existing sketches, room dimensions, and any reference images immediately after project award. The finished plans should follow standard architectural conventions and be ready for submission to my designer for further development.
Experience with AutoCAD or similar software and a solid grasp of residential plan standards will be essential. Please include a short sample of previous floor-plan work when you bid so I can gauge line weight, annotation style, and overall clarity.
