Budget: ₹600 – ₹1,500 INR
Design a professional 2D architectural floor plan (blueprint style) that fits inside a 60 m × 60 m square so it drops cleanly on a 64×64 m CoSpaces/Delightex floor.
Style & Output
Black-and-white, 2D top-down, thin crisp lines, no color/fills/shadows.
Show wall thickness, door swings, corridor widths.
Label all rooms in CAPS with internal dimensions (meters).
Include north arrow + scale bar 1:200 inside the drawing.
Deliver PNG (2048×2048) + PDF + DWG/DXF (preferred).
Program (must fit within 60×60 m)
Main entrance (south) → OPEN LOBBY with one RECEPTION (not enclosed).
10 CLASSROOMS (target ~ 9×8 m each), arranged along a central N–S corridor ≥1.8 m; doors open to corridor.
2 COMPUTER/INNOVATION LABS (~12×10 m each).
LIBRARY & STUDY (~14×12 m) + QUIET ROOM (~6×4 m).
CAFETERIA (~14×12 m) + PANTRY (~8×6 m).
ADMISSIONS / PROGRAM ADVISORS (3 rooms ~4×3 m each) near lobby.
DEAN/DIRECTOR OFFICE (~4×3 m) near admin.
FACULTY & STAFF ROOM (~6×5 m).
CONFERENCE/SEMINAR (~12×10 m, ~50 seats).
WASHROOMS: Male (6×5), Female (6×5), UNIVERSAL (3×4) + JANITOR (3×3).
GYM / MULTI-PURPOSE (~20×16 m) + STORAGE (6×4 m).
MECH/ELECT/IT rooms totaling ~80 m² (grouped at rear/side).
Emergency exits at east & west near the rear.
Accessibility (AODA logic)
Corridors ≥1.8 m, doors ≥915 mm (850 mm clear).
1.5 m turning circles in lobby, nodes, classrooms, library, washrooms.
At-grade main entrance (no steps).
Mark ACCESSIBLE icons at universal washroom & main routes.

No furniture renderings—only essential symbols (doors, fixtures).
What to submit
First pass: layout PDF/PNG for review.
Final: DWG/DXF + PDF + 2048×2048 PNG aligned to 60×60 m.
Success criteria
Logical flow: Entrance → Lobby → Classrooms/Labs/Library → Gym/Auditorium/Support → Exits.
Everything fits cleanly within 60×60 m, no duplicate rooms, one reception.
