Architectural Drawings Redraft
Budget: $30 – $250 USD
I have three existing architect’s sheets and a separate marked-up drawing of our new layout. I need everything redrawn cleanly in CAD so the set is ready for planning submission.
Deliverables
• Site Location Plan at 1/1250, north arrow shown, garden boundaries clearly outlined.
• Floor Plans at 1/100 for both storeys plus the former covered store that is now a self-contained flat with its window onto the open courtyard. The three flats must read clearly and dimensions must be accurate.
• Elevations at 1/100 reflecting the approved two-flat scheme and the converted store, including the new front door and small window.
I will supply:
– PDF of the original architect’s drawings (pages 1, 3 and 4).
– PDF sketch of the revised internal layout and the converted store.
Please return DWG and print-ready PDF files, using standard layer naming and line-weights suitable for UK planning. Accuracy is important; use my sketch as the master but verify all external wall positions from the original set.
