Architectural Design for Indian Residential Plot
Budget: ₹600 – ₹1,500 INR
Project Overview:
We need a complete architectural design for a 1500 sq ft square plot located in Bihar, India. The plot has road access on three sides (East, South, and West) with the West side being the widest road. The North side is blocked by an existing house, so no openings can be placed on that side.
The initial construction will include only the ground floor, but the structure must be designed to support future expansion (G+1 or G+2). The design should focus on natural ventilation, maximum greenery, security, and an earthy, budget-friendly aesthetic.
What We Need Designed:
1. Ground Floor Plan
Approximately 1500 sq ft
Two bedrooms on the ground floor
Living room
Kitchen
Dining area (or combined space)
Courtyard or green space integrated for natural light and airflow
Washrooms and utility spaces planned along the North side
Internal staircase planned for future floors
Space for car parking (preferably on the West side)
2. Elevations & Exterior Design
Earthy, natural, budget-friendly exterior
Incorporation of natural materials look (exposed brick, stone, etc.)
Secure boundary wall design
Gate placement on the West side
3. Ventilation & Lighting Plan
Maximize openings on East, South, West

4. Greenery & Landscape Plan
