Architectural CAD Redraw with Specs

I already have an architectural drawing laid out in Adobe Illustrator, but the artwork lacks true scale and precise dimensions. I need the entire document rebuilt in AutoCAD so the file is ready for real-world use.

Scope
• Translate the existing Illustrator artwork into a clean, accurately scaled AutoCAD model.
• Produce fully dimensioned floor plans, elevations and sections.
• Include all material call-outs, finishes and any other specifications shown in the Illustrator source.

Key points
– Everything must be drawn at 1:1, using correct units so the printed sheets match on-site measurements.
– Line weights and layer naming should follow standard architectural practice to keep the file production-ready.
– Please preserve the look and layout of the current illustration while adding the missing technical detail.

Deliverables
1. Native .dwg file (AutoCAD 2018 or later).
2. Exported PDF set for quick review.
3. A brief change log noting any assumptions or clarifications made.

I will supply the Illustrator file and reference sketches as soon as we start. Looking forward to seeing the drawing come to life in proper CAD format.
