2d Architectural CAD Drafting

I regularly handle a stream of mixed-use architectural projects and need a reliable AutoCAD drafter who can translate my hand sketches and PDF mark-ups into clean, uniform 2D floor plans. Your job is strictly architectural—no electrical, plumbing, or furniture layouts—so the focus stays on producing accurate basic floor-plan drawings and refining any existing files I provide.

You will always work inside my drawing template with the exact text styles, dimension styles, and hatch patterns I supply. Consistency is critical; if a text style, dimension style or hatch pattern, deviates from the protocol, that file will be rejected and sent back for revision.

Deliverables (per assignment)
• DWG file ready for plotting and digital issue
• PDF plot for quick review

When you reply, include:
• Two to three recent DWG samples that show your floor-plan drafting quality
• Your fixed price per project
• Typical turnaround time once you receive the sketch package
