Architectural 2D AutoCAD Drafting

I need clean, accurate architectural drawings produced in 2D AutoCAD. The focus is purely architectural—floor plans, elevations, sections, and details—saved in both DWG and PDF formats so I can forward them directly for approvals.

Alongside the drawings, I want the associated quantity take-off and billing data organised in a well-structured Excel workbook. The sheet should pull measurements straight from the plans, list material quantities room-by-room, and total everything automatically so I can generate bills without extra manual calculations.

Deliverables
• Final DWG files with proper layer naming, dimension styles, and annotation
• Matching PDFs ready for printing/share
• Excel workbook showing itemised quantity estimation and a billing summary linked to the drawing references

Acceptance criteria
• All dimensions and areas verified to match the plans within a 2 mm tolerance
• Excel formulas tested for accuracy; totals update correctly when quantities change
• Files open error-free in AutoCAD 2024 and Microsoft Excel
