I have an existing floor plan and need a skilled architect to design the most efficient layout for a residential project.
Project Goal:
To optimize the available space to build either:
- Two 1-bedroom apartments (T2)
or
- Three apartments: One T2 and Two T1 units
Details:
- The existing plan is the R+1 level, showing exact dimensions and structural layout.
- The design must respect existing structural constraints while maximizing comfort, functionality, and space usage.
- The existing balcony offers a beautiful sea view, and it is important to retain this feature in the new design.
- The apartments will be used for short-term stays, so efficient layout and guest comfort are key.
Deliverables:
- One or more layout proposals .
- 2D architectural drawings with accurate dimensions, adapted to the chosen configuration.
