Archicad Steel Column Model
Budget: $30 – $250 AUD
I have a single-page hand sketch (PDF) showing a structural steel column with cleats, base plate and bolt holes. From that drawing I need a fabrication-ready 3D model built in Archicad plus the associated 2D views I can drop straight into my main project file.
The model must carry high detail suitable for shop drawings: every cleat, bolt hole, plate thickness and edge distance exactly as dimensioned. Please represent the column as galvanized steel so the surface finish reads correctly in both 3D and 2D.
Deliverables
• Archicad file of the complete column assembly, fully editable.
• Linked 2D sheets generated from the model: front, side, top, bottom and an isometric view, all aligned to true dimensions.
I will issue the PDF immediately on award; it is not to scale but all critical dimensions are called out. Accuracy to those numbers is essential because the file will feed directly into our fabrication workflow. Provide the finished model and view layouts ready for me to import without further tweaking, and I will take it from there for final annotation and title blocks.
