Apartment Building Structural Drafting
Budget: ₹750 – ₹1,250 INR
I’m looking for a skilled structural / civil drafting partner who can turn our engineering calculations for a mid-rise apartment building (4–7 floors) into clear, construction-ready drawings that comply with our national code requirements.
Here is what I need from you:
• Framing plans for plinth , stilt roof, every typical floor and the mumty
• Complete grid layout with dimensions and levels tied to reference benchmarks
• Column, beam and slab schedules with rebar detailing (diameter, spacing, lap lengths, hook details)
• Footing / foundation plans, sections and bar bending lists
• Any additional sectional or enlarged details necessary to resolve load paths or tricky junctions
I’ll supply the structural analysis model, design notes and any architectural backgrounds you require. Your job is to translate them into coordinated DWG sheets, checking that annotation, line weights and title blocks match our office standard.
Preferred tools: AutoCAD —if you work in another platform, just export clean DWGs. All files remain fully editable.
Acceptance criteria:
1. Drawings match the latest calculation pack and architectural layouts.
2. Reinforcement is scheduled and referenced consistently throughout.
3. Layers, line types and text styles follow the template I will provide.
4. A clash-free print set passes my final markup round within two revisions.
