Aluminum Window Profile CAD Drawings

I’m ready to move an aluminum window concept from a rough idea to fully-documented, shop-ready drawings. My priority is the creation of precise technical drawings, and because I don’t have pre-defined specifications or standards, I will rely on your know-how with common industry norms (EN, ASTM, etc.) to shape the details.

Here is what I need from you:

• Detailed 2D or 3D CAD drawings of the profile, accurate to manufacturing tolerances
• Clearly called-out dimensions for every extrusion feature
• Material specifications that suit typical architectural aluminum systems
• Straightforward assembly instructions for fabricators and installers, ideally annotated within the drawing set or in a short accompanying PDF

You may use the platform you’re most comfortable with—AutoCAD, SolidWorks, Inventor, or a compatible alternative—as long as the final files arrive in DWG and STEP/IGES formats.

I’ll supply sketches and functional requirements as soon as we start. Please include a brief note on your window-system experience and a sample drawing that shows your usual level of detail.
