Aluminium Hull & Seating Drawings

I’m finalising the design of a small aluminium boat and need fabrication-ready drawings to hand straight to the workshop. The priority is a full set of hull plans that clearly show the frame design—profiles, stringers, bulkheads and any gussets—so the fabricator can cut and fit the plates with no guesswork. I also need matching drawings for the seating layout, including mounting points and clearances, and a simple control console placement so the relationship between helm, seats and bulkheads is obvious.

Please deliver:

• 2D CAD sheets (DWG or DXF) for hull structure with frame details
• 2D CAD sheets for seating arrangement and control console outline
• PDF versions for quick reference on the shop floor

Drawings must be to scale, fully dimensioned and organised by layer for clean nesting/cutting. If you can include a lightweight 3D model (STEP or similar) for visual checks, that’s a bonus but not mandatory.

I’ll supply my rough sketches and key measurements the moment we start. Turnaround is flexible within reason, but accuracy is non-negotiable—these drawings will go straight to the plasma cutter.
