I’m looking for a licensed Alberta land surveyor to complete a full subdivision survey on my property. The goal is straightforward: legally subdivide the existing parcel into two separate lots so I can move ahead with the land-title registration process.
Scope of work
• Carry out all field measurements, boundary confirmations, and monument placements required for an Alberta subdivision survey.
• Prepare and submit the formal subdivision plan, ensuring it complies with provincial and municipal regulations.
• Deliver the final survey plan in both digital (PDF + CAD) and stamped hard-copy formats, ready for submission to the land-titles office.
