Add Dimensions Existing L-Shaped Bath Layout
Budget: $30 – $250 USD
I have a clean scaled 2-D outline of a 25 sq ft, L-shaped closet that is being converted into a small bathroom. The plan can be supplied as a PDF or a JPG, so you can choose whichever is easier to trace or import.
Your task is to add accurate wall-to-wall dimensions to the existing drawing without moving or changing any walls. I can also supply the dimensions. The original line draft seems to read at roughly ¼″ = 1′-0″; feel free to keep that scale—or pick something comparable—as long as the final print is clear. All dimensions to be in imperial units (feet and inches).
Please also drop in a single GFCI outlet symbol at the location you will see marked.
Notes need to show:
Address, Scope of Work “closet to bath conversion—within existing space, no structural changes”.
1) Electrical and plumbing fixtures: “owner permits on file”.
2) This layout addresses inspector correction notes and verbal directions provided for conversion/building permit application by property owner as builder, to LADBS.
