Abu Dhabi Villa – Architectural Drawings 2D + 3D Design (≤500m²)

I'm a licensed engineering consultancy in
Abu Dhabi looking for an architectural
designer for ongoing monthly villa projects.

Monthly Package (4 villas/month):

PHASE 1 – Revit Drawings:
- Create full 2D architectural drawings
in Revit (floor plans, sections,
all 4 elevations)
- Must comply with Abu Dhabi Municipality
Private Housing Guidelines 2022
- Plots up to 500 m²

PHASE 2 – 3D Visualization:
- 3D exterior renders from Revit model
- All 4 elevations (day & night versions)
- High resolution – ready for Instagram,
TikTok & Snapchat (1080x1920)
- ~10 renders per villa

Deliverables per villa:
✅ Full Revit file (.rvt)
✅ 2D drawings (PDF + DWG)
✅ 8 renders (4 day + 4 night)
✅ 1-2 hero shots

Budget: $500/month for all 4 villas
Long-term collaboration – ongoing projects.
