ASAP 2D Office Space Layout

I already have the full CAD file for a 10,000 sq ft office building (stilt + four floors) and now need a clean, professional 2-D layout focused on interior design planning. The structural grid, columns and core are locked in; what I’m missing is a space-efficient arrangement of cabins, workstations, conference rooms, reception, service zones and circulation.

Speed matters—please be ready to start right away and turn the first draft around rapidly so we can iterate fast.

If you’ve produced workplace layouts before, especially in AutoCAD or a compatible tool, that experience is exactly what I want to see. A short note pointing to similar projects is enough; no lengthy proposal required.

Deliverables I expect:
• DWG + PDF floor plans for each level, fully dimensioned and annotated
• Furniture and partition layout reflecting practical circulation and ergonomic standards
• Basic schedule of areas so we can verify utilisation ratios

I will supply the base CAD immediately after award and remain available for quick clarifications so we can hit the ground running.
