2D AND 3D CAD Model Creation Needed

I am seeking a skilled freelancer to create 2D & 3D CAD model. The primary goal is to produce a high-quality 2D & 3D model that meets specific requirements.

Key Requirements:
- Expertise in creating detailed 2D & 3D CAD models
- Ability to deliver precise and accurate representations
- Experience with CAD software and tools
- For a 2600 sft of office space
- We will be sharing the colour codes and we will be using 5 colours; 1 is the Main Colour and 4 are the lite shades

- Proficiency in 2D & 3D modeling for various applications
- Strong attention to detail and technical skills
- Ability to work independently and meet deadlines
