The "Best Deal" Tip for the Draftsperson
If you are hiring someone from outside the U.S., tell them: "This is a Concept Design Site Map, not a structural blueprint. Do not include wall thickness or plumbing stacks. Focus on Asset Placement and Data/Power Legends."
Tell the draftsperson to add this specific 2026 Audit Note to the bottom of the plan:
"This facility is a High-Acuity Diagnostic COE optimized for Surgical Navigation. All diagnostic data is transmitted via hardwired Cat6 data drops to the Remote PI Hub. The room maintains a 60-inch ADA turning radius through the use of wall-mounted fixtures and slim-profile rolling carts."
