wedding proposal animation video

I am looking for an animation/video creator to short a short video as part of my proposal to my partner.

Just for some context, I will be hiring a cinema screen and pretending to take her to the movies so I sort of want it to, initially, look like it’s going to be a real film with like the “An XYZ Productions Film" and all those short film studio logo screens before it kicks in to the actual proposal video.

Then for the video, I just want it to look like you’re looking at someone’s phone screen and they’re going through bumble (the dating app) and swiping no to a few people (I’ll provide fake pictures and names etc for these) before coming across my partner’s profile and then about to go for a super swipe but then pulling back and doing a normal swipe. Then the video will cut to the messages and quickly scroll through the messages we had before moving on to a montage of photos of us over the years.
