I need a 2D game artist

I want to create a really basic animated game that lasts 30 seconds to a minute, along the lines of super mario with basic controls (left and right arrows and the space bar to jump) to be hosted on a landing page. On completion the player would receive a special code which would allow them to preorder a product at a discounted rate. It would be great to get some info on how much this may cost and how it would work in terms of design and completion of the project.
