1.5 minutes simple 2D animation for kids, including a video.
Budget: $30 – $250 USD
I am looking for a 2D animation creator who can work in a kids' style (see example in png from one of my animations) and create an animation that teaches time. The duration is 1.5 min. The animation should have a sand timer, a mechanical timer (or a clock), and a pendulum. It will include the video with a dancer - and the dancer's lips most of the time "talk" according the text of the soundtrack so I do not think that additional "alive" character is needed besides the dancer. If I am mistaken, I expect the animator to correct me. I have a preliminary dance-video at this point. The video will be adjusted to fit the scene with the colors and outfit style designed by the animator. Making a new video and adjusting colors is outside of the scope of this project.
I expect the artist to be creative and propose a nice setting for the scene. The work will have 2 milestones. First, I will need the style and animation. Then, it will be a break, from 1 week to 1 month when I will work with a Video-editor and the dancer. After it is done, the animator will incorporate the final video into the file as a milestone 2. If the animator can perform video-editing as well, we can do it as one project with 1-2 weeks break for finalizing the dance according to the animation. If it will be the case, the video-editing price can be discussed separately.
