YouTube Supernatural Horror Cartoon Animator

I’m building a new YouTube channel devoted to animated supernatural horror tales and I need a creative 2D animator who can become my long-term partner. Think of the mood you find on channels such as Llama Arts or Wansee Entertainment—dark yet stylish, more unsettling than gory, always driven by an eerie story and punctuated with just-right sound design. That’s exactly the vibe I’m after.

Here’s the framework we’ll follow:

• Format: 2D animation only. You may use Toon Boom, Adobe Animate, After Effects, or any pipeline you’re comfortable with as long as the final result is smooth and broadcast-ready.
• Focus: Above all else, the piece must radiate a scary atmosphere. Lighting, colour grading, pacing, and audio cues should all work together to keep viewers on edge.
• Story direction: Episodes revolve around supernatural themes—ghosts, cursed objects, urban legends, inexplicable hauntings. Psychological tension over outright gore.
• Runtime: 6–10 minutes per video (flexible while we find our rhythm).
• Assets: I’ll supply the script and recorded narration; you handle storyboarding, character/background design, full animation, SFX, and basic video editing.
• Delivery: MP4, 1080p minimum, with separate WAV stem for dialogue if possible. Google Drive hand-off is fine.

Because this is a passion project, the budget per episode is modest at first, but I’m looking for someone who values consistent work and channel growth. As revenue builds, we’ll revisit rates and scale production together.
