We are building a YouTube channel inspired by the style of Crayon Capital — simple, engaging, stickman-style explainer videos focused on storytelling, finance, and educational content.

We are looking for a highly skilled Motion Designer / Video Editor who can help us produce fast-paced, engaging explainer videos with strong storytelling and clean animation.
This will start as a trial project and can become a full-time position if performance meets expectations.

• Create 8–15 minute explainer videos (YouTube long-form)
• Animate simple 2D characters (stickman / doodle style)
• Add motion graphics, transitions, and camera movements
• Sync visuals with voiceover for storytelling impact
• Occasionally integrate simple 3D elements (charts, objects)
• Edit audio, sound effects, and pacing for retention

• Expert in Adobe After Effects
• Strong skills in Premiere Pro
• Experience with Blender (basic 3D elements)
• Proven experience in Explainer Videos / 2D Animation / Motion Graphics
• Strong understanding of storytelling + pacing

Bonus Skills (Preferred):
• Experience with YouTube automation Channels
Experience creating viral educational content
• Basic illustration or character design
• Sound design & storytelling instincts

• Educational + entertaining tone

Requirements:
• Ability to deliver 1-2 videos per week
• Strong communication

• Ability to follow script + improve visually
Compensation:
Payment will be negotiated based on your experience, portfolio quality, and speed of delivery. We are open to both per-project and monthly arrangements for the right candidate.
