Wizard & Witch Game Animations

Job ID: 40235048

Budget: £750 – £1,500 GBP

I’m looking for a talented 2D animator to bring our fantasy arcade game to life through a short series of playful, cartoonish clips. The job breaks down into two parts:

1. A set of very short instructional animations—each around 2-5 seconds—that add up to roughly 20-30 seconds in total. In these clips our robed wizard and lively female witch will appear on screen, crack a light joke, then visually explain what the player should do next (insert coin, press start, aim wand, etc.).
2. A separate 5-10 second loop that runs continuously while the cabinet is idle, keeping the screen lively and enticing.

Tone & style
• Visual style: Cartoonish, with clear, readable poses and bold colours suitable for an amusement-park cabinet.
• Overall feel: Humorous and light-hearted, yet still recognisably magical.

Core actions
The main focus is the duo “giving game instructions to the players”. They can do this by casting quick spells, demonstrating the game play —whatever sells the message in the brief window each clip allows.

Assets & integration
I will supply our high-resolution game logo and any screen text we want to appear. Finished animations should be delivered as transparent-background PNG sequences or high-quality ProRes 4444 files; our in-house software team will handle the remaining integration, so clean edges and consistent framing are essential.

Acceptance criteria
• 4-8 individual clips, each 2-5 s, stitched into a single 20-30 s master but also provided separately.
• 1 seamless 5-10 s idle loop.
• Final files in agreed-upon resolution (1080p25) with alpha.
• All artwork original or properly licensed.

If you thrive on fast, punchy character acting and have a reel that shows similar work, I’d love to see it.
