I need a talented animator to create 2D video clips and stories for an tiktok anniversary celebration. The animation should have a motion webtoon/manga aesthetic. Hes a rapper/artist who is trying to make himself known in TikTok & the Outside World. I made a sample of the look I'm trying to going for which I uploaded.
