Video Production: 2D Motion Tracking and UI Animation on drone footage
Budget: $750 – $1,500 USD
We are looking for an experienced motion graphics artist and video editor to create two promotional video assets for our B2B software, "Minetrak." Our app provides digital regulatory compliance forms for heavy machinery on construction sites and gravel mines.
The core visual concept is "The Digital Handshake." We do not want chaotic stock footage. Instead, we want to overlay crisp, clean app UI elements so they look like they are floating directly next to heavy machinery in our sweeping drone shots. It should tell the story of instant, digital compliance and "peace of mind."

What We Will Provide:
High-quality drone B-roll (flyovers of gravel mines with machinery moving).
UI Design Assets (high-res files of our app interface, checkmarks, forms, etc.).
Brand guidelines and logos.
The Deliverables:
We need two versions cut from the same core project file:
Deliverable 1: The 30-Second Silent Looper
Goal: A purely visual loop for trade shows and website headers. Heavy lifting must be done by Motion Graphics (tracking UI to footage) and Kinetic Typography.
0:00-0:06: The Wide Sweep: Majestic drone flyover of the site. Text: "Massive Operations." (Fades out) Text: "Effortless Compliance."
0:06-0:14: The Target: Drone tracks an excavator/haul truck. UI Overlay: A sleek bounding box locks onto the truck. Text: "Machine ID: EX-204" / "Pre-Shift Form: Required."
0:14-0:22: The Action: Drone shot continues smoothly. Next to the truck, a digital version of the form appears in mid-air. UI Overlay: Checkmarks rapidly fill down the list (Hydraulics: No defects, Tracks: OK). Status changes to green "Compliant & Filed."
0:22-0:26: The Network: Cut to a higher, wider angle of multiple machines. UI Overlay: Green "Checkmark" badges pop up over 3-4 machines. Show equipment overview side-by-side.
0:26-0:30: The Outro: Footage blurs slightly. Logo fades in. Text: "Your complete digital paper trail." Show audit logs/list of completed forms. Logo and URL appear.
