Vector Infographic Character Animations
Budget: $30 – $250 USD
I’m building a series of social-media infographics and need a reliable animator to turn real-life photos into lively 2D vector characters. Each character should capture the likeness of the person in the photo while feeling casual and friendly, ready to walk into frame or gesture toward key stats, callouts, or icons.
Style & mood
• Clean vector art with bold, flat colours—think easily resizable for Instagram, LinkedIn, and Facebook posts.
• Movements limited to walking and natural hand gestures; no lip sync is required.
• Overall vibe: approachable, upbeat, and professional enough for brand-aligned infographics.
Workflow I have in mind
1. You’ll receive a small set of reference photos plus a basic colour palette.
2. You share rough vector sketches for approval (front and ¾ views).
3. Once signed off, you rig and animate short looping actions (2–3 seconds per action is fine).
4. Final delivery includes source files (AI/SVG or layered PSD) and rendered loops (MP4).
What will make this a smooth win
• Solid grasp of Illustrator or similar vector tools, plus After Effects, Spine, Toon Boom, or any rigging workflow you’re comfortable with.
• Attention to small likeness details—hair, glasses, posture—without slipping into a fully realistic style.
• Clear, prompt communication and willingness to tweak poses if something feels off-brand.
