Urban Side-Scrolling Game Video

I'm looking for a video creation of myself set in a 16 or 32-bit urban side-scrolling video game. The video should be 5-7 minutes long.

Requirements:
- Urban side-scrolling video game environment
- 16 or 32-bit visual style
- 5-7 minute video duration
- Start the journey at the TxDOT Dallas District and visit other District offices across Texas
- Main character: Myself, wearing an orange safety construction long sleeve shirt, denim pants, and boots
- Driving a white TxDOT truck safely across Texas to different stadiums for the World Cup
- Include tourists and traffic as obstacles to avoid during the journey
