Two-Minute 2D Explainer Video
Budget: $15 – $30 USD
I have a short write-up (approx 200 words) that needs to be converted into a video that's no longer than 2 minutes. This video will be shown to survey participants. The content is informative rather than sales-driven, so the overall feel should stay formal and straightforward.
Either a simple 2D animation or classic whiteboard style works—whichever lets you keep the final file under 5 MB without sacrificing clarity. I will supply the text; you handle everything else: storyboarding (if needed), visuals, narration, background audio, captions and final compression. I have no gender preference for the voice-over, only that the diction is clear, neutral, and professionally delivered.
Deliverables:
• Draft storyboard or visual outline for approval
• High-quality voice-over synced to visuals
• Final video (MP4 preferred) ≤ 5 MB, 2:00 ±10 seconds
I would need the finished output as well as all project files, in case edits need to be after the project has been completed.
