Two Minute Cartoon Motion Graphic
Budget: $10 – $30 USD
I’m producing a short, two-minute video purely for entertainment and I want it to burst with playful, cartoonish energy. All motion graphics will revolve around expressive character animation, so I need someone comfortable taking a design brief, generating or refining assets with AI tools, and then bringing everything to life in Adobe After Effects before delivering a polished final edit.
You’ll handle the entire pipeline:
• Generate (or adapt) illustrated characters with your preferred AI art workflow
• Rig and animate those characters in After Effects, adding lively secondary motions, lip-sync and exaggerated poses that fit the fun tone
• Composite text callouts or simple backgrounds as needed, keeping the focus on the characters
• Edit the sequence to exactly two minutes, sync any supplied voice-over or music, and grade for a bright, saturated finish
• Export a final 1920×1080 H.264 file plus the organized AEP project, linked footage and any AI source images
I’ll provide the rough storyboard, script and audio assets the moment we start. If everything feels smooth, we can explore future episodes with the same style.
