30 Training Explainer Animations

Job ID: 40474139

Budget: $1,500 – $3,000 USD

I’m rolling out the first phase of a corporate training program for the recruitment industry and need a reliable motion designer to bring it to life. Phase 1 covers 30 short explainers, each 2–3 minutes long. Scripts and final voice tracks are ready; you’ll handle the animation, timing and polish.

What the work looks like
• Custom 2D motion graphics built in Adobe After Effects and Illustrator
• A blend of isometric scenes with smooth zooms, flat data visualisations and bursts of kinetic typography—exact treatment is mapped out in the reference deck (12 example videos supplied).
• Finished videos delivered in 1080p MP4 plus the editable .aep and .ai files for every piece.

Workflow and pay structure
We’ll start with a single paid proof-of-concept video at US$90. Once that’s approved, the remaining 29 videos run at a fixed US$70 each. I have additional phases in the pipeline, so a solid first batch can lead to plenty more work.

Brand direction
Top-level style, colour cues and visual priorities are outlined in the brief; the full brand guide will be shared as soon as we decide to move forward together.

If you’re comfortable juggling isometric builds, clean data visuals and energetic type, and you can keep audio perfectly in sync, I’d love to see samples of comparable work and hear how soon you could tackle the proof video.
