Traditional 2D Moral Story Animations -- 2

I’m building a series of short moral stories and need each one brought to life with smooth, traditional 2D cartoon animation. The tone is gentle and engaging—think classic village-style tales that leave the viewer with a clear life lesson.

Here’s what I’m after:
• Story runtime: 3–5 minutes each (I’ll supply scripts or outlines).
• Visuals: hand-drawn feel, fluid movements, bright but balanced palettes; no cut-out or vector shortcuts.
• Audio: complete voice-over track that matches the characters’ emotions and timing, mixed with light ambience and effects so every scene feels polished.
• Final output: 1080p MP4 plus source files (layers intact) so I can re-edit if needed.

I’m comfortable if you animate in Toon Boom, TVPaint, or a similar traditional 2D tool—just keep the line work crisp and the transitions seamless. If you already use an “Autodraft” pipeline to speed clean-ups or in-betweening, great; the finished product must still look hand-crafted.
