Traditional 2D Animation Artist for In-Between Frames

I am looking for a skilled animator or artist experienced in traditional 2D animation to create breakdown and in-between drawings for a Sheriff Sam animation scene I am working on. I will provide an exposure sheet (X-sheet), along with extreme and reference sketches to guide the process.

X-Sheet: Highlights extreme drawings (keyframes) and marks unhighlighted numbers for the breakdowns and in-betweens needed.
Extreme Sketches: Each extreme drawing is numbered on the top right to correspond with the X-sheet.
Reference Drawings: Rough sketches intended to assist in crafting the breakdown and in-between frames.
Task Requirements:
Create breakdown and in-between drawings in rough sketch form for each unhighlighted frame number on the X-sheet.
Ensure that all drawings maintain character consistency and follow the path of action as indicated by the extreme frames.
Use the reference sketches to accurately replicate the character's features and motion throughout the sequence.
Desired Qualifications:
Experience in 2D traditional animation, especially with hand-drawn frames.
Familiarity with exposure sheets (X-sheets) and animation timing.
Attention to detail in maintaining character consistency across frames.
Deliverables:
